GALT, CA (MPG) - The Liberty Ranch football team held its awards banquet earlier this month. The Hawks placed third in the SCV League and made it to round two of the playoffs. 

Six players were honored to receive the Sac Joaquin SVC All League award. Seniors George Adrian, Joseph Brown, Sean O’Brien and Wyatt Blevins and sophomores Andrew Quinn and Cutler Perez were awarded the top honors.

Named to the second team were seniors Mikey Schroeder, Brodey Johnston, Camren Hudson and Andres Raya, junior Kyle Quaresma and sophomores Daniel Swearingen and DeShaun Jackson.

Honorable mention went to seniors Lucas Temple, Kobe Aguillen, Axel Torres and Jojo Adams and junior Cesar Becerra.

Joseph Brown, who rushed 1,781 yards this past season, was awarded Team MVP.

Quarterback Wyatt Blevins was named Offensive MVP and George Adrian was named Defensive MVP.

Sean O’Brien was named Defensive Line MVP and center Mikey Schroeder was awarded Offensive Line MVP.

Camren Hudsen was given the Coaches Award, Eddie Estrada the Player Award, Daimien Lee 12th Man, and Ben Onuegbu, Hawk Award.
